The permit for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir is issued on the day of visit within 08.00 AM – 09.00 AM. Sometime due to huge tourist inflow the issuance of permit might take extra time. Because of the transport restrictions guests are required to leave the hotel by 7:30AM & might have to wait at Tsomgo stand for some time. Otherwise they have to come of their own to the Tsmogo stand latest by 8:30 AM. While returning from Tsomgo Lake guests will be dropped at Tsomgo stand from where return journey by local taxies has to be arrange by the guests. If the permit is not issued due to weather problems as well as military restrictions, then alternate trip will be offered. However, if the journey starts but is interrupted by some problem & sufficient time is there in hand, and then the following points will be covered additionally and no refund will be made –

RULES FOR VISIT TO NATHULA
· Nathula visit is depends absolutely on the permission of defense dep., weather & road condition. Only limited permits are issued for which necessary papers are required prior to the schedule tour. Guest must take their decision to cover this place much before. Then and there decision will not make it possible to Nathula Pass travel. It is suggested on direct payment basis. Nathu-la remains open for the visitors on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
· Nathula is NOT ADVISABLE for guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart. Since Nathula is a restricted area, any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir and no refund will be allowed for unutilized services.

RULES FOR VISIT TO NATHULA
·         Nathula visit is depends absolutely on the permission of defense dep., weather & road condition. Only limited permits are issued for which necessary papers are required prior to the schedule tour. Guest must take their decision to cover this place much before. Then and there decision will not make it possible to Nathula Pass travel. It is suggested on direct payment basis. Nathu-la remains open for the visitors on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
·         Nathula is NOT ADVISABLE for guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart. Since Nathula is a restricted area, any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir and no refund will be allowed for unutilized services.
